Water hyacinth are natural, non-toxic fibres which don't go through detrimental processing with chemicals. Rural women collect water hyacinth from the pond. These  are extracted, sun-dried and naturally treated and then artisans hand-weave products. As all our products are handmade, slight differences in colour and texture are a mark of artisans and are expected.
